The experience with the doctor was wonderful. The staff in the front has room for improvement.I’ll explain, a patient yesterday did not know how to operate the coffee machine in the front and kept on asking them so they somewhat guided her but the lady still couldn’t. She struggled so much that my wife had to offer her help to the lady. My wife has also called and whoever answers the phone didn’t even let her finish her sentences, she interrupted my wife as she tries to explain herself. I dare to give you an advice, train your staff to be more patient and have some customer service

Appointments were quick to make. I did not have any problems. The office is excellent. The front office staff are great, very courteous. Dr. Williams explained everything very well. Before the biopsy also explained what was to be performed and how. This office has great service. My procedure went fine, everything went well. I like best that there is fast service and no long wait in in office. If I were to refer a friend to Dr. Williams I would tell them about my experience because I was satisfied with the office staff and Dr. Williams! 5 stars!!

It was easy to connect. My referrer told me that Dr. Williams would do right by me. The office is very nice. The front office staff are great! I really like Dr. Williams. He listened and was good to talk to. The office is much nice at than a hospital. My experience of the procedure was very good. I like most that my experience here was the best of everything. Dr. Williams will take good care of you.

It was no problem to make an appointment. The office is very nice. The front office staff were very informative and helpful. Dr. Williams explained clearly and with detail. He listened and answered again with clarity. The procedure went very well. In the hospital is very active and more stressful. Here it is quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams. He is highly skilled.

My referring doctor made the appointment. They said he was the only one to do this procedure. The office is very clean and comfortable. The front office staff are great. Dr. Williams was comforting and did a great job explaining the procedure and results. I had a good experience of the procedure. Dr. Williams is great!! I would give him 5 stars.
